We make every effort to accurately describe the Products on our Site. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions are complete or error-free. Product images and colors may vary slightly from the actual Products due to monitor settings, lighting, and other factors.
4.2 Product Availability
We strive to keep our Products in stock, but availability is subject to change. If a Product is unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or issue a refund.
4.3 Customization and Prescription Lenses
For spectacle frames with corrective lenses, you are responsible for providing accurate prescription information, including the correct PD (Pupillary Distance). We are not responsible for any errors in prescriptions provided by you. If you have questions or need assistance, please consult an optometrist before completing your order.
For spectacle frames with prescription lenses, the customization process includes consultations with our experts. You will be contacted after placing your order to finalize your prescription details and discuss customization options, including but not limited to:

5. Pricing and Payments
5.1 Pricing
All prices listed on the Site are in [currency] and are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and any additional customization charges unless otherwise stated. 5.2 Payment

For all customized Products, including spectacle frames with corrective lenses, a two-part payment structure will apply. A deposit of the total customization price is required at the time of order confirmation, which will be collected after finalizing the customization details with our team. The remaining frame balance is due at the time of delivery. If the final payment is not made upon delivery, we reserve the right to withhold the Product and delay shipment until the balance is fully paid
5.3 Taxes
Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your location. You are responsible for paying any and all taxes, duties, or charges that may apply to your order.
6. Order Process
6.1 Placing an Order
After selecting a frame on the Site, you may be contacted to provide your prescription details if ordering spectacle frames with prescription lenses. You will be contacted by our team to finalize the customization options based on your prescription, lens preferences, and the quality/brand of lenses.
6.2 Confirmation and Final Quote
Once the customization details are confirmed, we will provide you with a final quote, including all charges. If you accept the final quote, your order will proceed to production and shipment.
7. Shipping and Delivery
7.1 Shipping
We offer shipping to India . Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
7.2 Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location ,customization level, product availability, and shipping method. Please note that customizations may take additional time for processing.
7.3 Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs issues. In case of lost or damaged items, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the matter.
8. Returns and Refunds
8.1 Return Policy

General Return Policy: We accept returns on all standard spectacle frames within 7 days of delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within this period for a refund, provided the item is unused and in its original condition with packaging intact.

Refund Process: Once the returned Product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs, if applicable. Customized Products

No Refund on Customized Products: Customized or personalized spectacle frames are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances. This includes any product that has been altered, engraved, or tailored to your specific preferences. Please ensure that the details for customized orders are accurate before completing your purchase.
Conditions for Return

The item must be returned in its original, unused condition.

The product should be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Shipping Costs
